Auction of Machinary Spares
M/s LML, Kanpur imported certain machinery & spare parts from the overseas countries against various B/E during the year 1997-98 to 2005-06 and relinquished their right on the imported goods, thereby department of Central Excise & Customs Commissionerate, 117/7, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur decided to auction these machinery & spare part through open bid on dt.23.03.2010 at 117/7, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur-208005 at 12.00 Hrs. The details of goods and physical inspection of goods can be done on any working hours between 06.03.10 to 23.03.10. The goods will be auctioned as it is where lies. The terms & conditions of auction is given below.
Terms & Conditions
01. The bidder has to deposit token money Rs.1,00,000.00 in advance before participating in auction. This amount will be returned after completing auctioned if bid is not released.
02. If bid is released, the bidder has to deposit 25% of bid amount of adjusting token amount deposited in advance within 2 days of bid finalized.
03. The bidder has to make balance payment upto 31.03.10 without fail. If the bidder failed in depositing the balance amount his earlier payment will be fortified.
04. The liability of Sales Tax, Octroi & other charges if leviable will be of bidder. He will has to produce NOC from Sales Tax and then the possession of goods will be given.
05. The auction Committee has full authority to cancel the auction or release the bid.
06. The auctioneers wish it to clearly understand that they do not guarantee the correctness of any description printed read out or verbally declared and particularly request purchasers to satisfy themselves on all points before they made their bid of bids.
07. The auctioneers do not bind themselves to accept the highest or any bid or to assign any reason for not accepting bid or bids.
